Kalithea Apartments is a unit of twelve apartments in a three floor building and there are four apartments on each floor.

Type of apartment	Description
Α	One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed in the living room (it can host up to 3 persons)
Β	One bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room (it can host up to 3 persons)

Notes:
There is an extra bed attached to the sofa (so, it can host up to 4 persons) there is also a baby cot available.
You have a choice between garden or balcony apartments.
All the apartments have a view of the sea.

In case you desire an extra bed or a baby cot or you simply prefer a balcony or garden view, please inform us while filling out the reservation form.
We would like to inform you that Kalithea apartments is available all Year round!

Baby cot is provided free of charge.

The rates include VAT and local taxes, electricity and water (hot and cold) bills. You may check in from 1:00 pm and onwards on your arrival date and you should check out before 12:00 am on your departure day. If the room is available and you wish to keep it later than 12:00 am and until 6:00pm, you will be charged an extra 50 % on the apartment rate. After 6:00 pm, an extra night will be charged. On your arrival and departure dates, you can leave your baggage at the reception for safe-keeping.
